OCASG General Meeting – Siblings and Autism
October 15, 2018 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

In the United States there are more than six million people who have special health, developmental, and mental health concerns. Most of these people have siblings. Throughout their lives, siblings share many of the concerns of their parents including; isolation, a need for information, guilt, concerns about the future, and caregiving demands. Additionally, they experience issues that are uniquely theirs including resentment, peer issues, embarrassment and pressure to achieve.
